Here is a moment in time when the subject for this tapestry was debated by many. It was to resemble the concept of man and woman and how the two tones represent not only our differences but also our thoughts that surround us. How could you depict graphically and yet create a piece that would become a recognizable image that could be placed not only on the wall but also on the floor. Can you imagine a glass table on top of it surrounded by a black couch. I am sure it sure was a talked about piece when guests came to the table.
I can count the many other ones that came to mind but seemed a little over the top. This piece was produced back in the mid 90's and our client had a great laugh while we gave her this whimsical approach to a smile.
